Good question Carver. Who do you think is stronger? We saw Jane bend Adamantium with her hands, but then we also saw Gladiator grab her by the neck in what appeared to be an unbreakable grip. If I were to answer using all of the evidence across the board, I'd give Zod a slight edge in strength based on his battles against Superman.
