Ultimate beats 616 for me (on the same way 616 beats Bruce for me). Equal in a pure-play h2h, but with one being just that much physically superior and over time that is enough.
That's why Cap has NEVER, EVER beaten him in a fight.

616 does have better fighting feats but that doesn't necessarily give him the win. They are both without their shield so their only fighting option is to go up close and that's where strength excels at.

What establishes them as equals in h2h?
I get that we might assume that they’re close because they’re both Cap. But if we got a crossover tomorrow, I’d expect the comic to reference that 616 Cap has way, way, way more fighting experience than Ult Cap.
The Ultimates are all leaner than their 616 counterparts but also less proven.
Yes I agreed with 616 had better fighting feats. He can target pressure points and weak areas but I'm still convinced his strength and durability will give him the edge eventually.
Ultimate Cap being stronger means nothing. Assuming he is stronger.
