Indeed. According to the article, it's an improvement compared to botox.

I don’t know. But as long as beauty-magazines and adds tell us, that we MUST be young, I suppose girls/women will do just about anything. During the past decades the male beauty-ideal has undergone a lot of change as well. Since this is a 13+ forum I’ll not mention what MEN are doing these days, but those who’re experienced enough will know what I’m talking about.
What's baking my noodle is this: The Western world puts such an emphasis on individuality, but still we should ALL look like THAT model (male or female) and wear THOSE clothes (fashion) and so on and so forth.
The real question perhaps is: Will we humans ever be able to shred the chains of vanity?

I would never put myself through anything like that..or any surgery for that matter, god made me the way i am..and if people don't like me for me,then it's their problem, i'm happy the way i look, so i would never spend money on something that could make me look worse, or kill me even..No thanks..i'll stay natural.
It IS quite scary what people, women in particular, feel they need to do to themselves in order to be forever young and beautifull. There's currently a program showing where the first prize is a cosmetic surgery. The attitude towards this kind of surgery seems to have changed from being something rather dangerous and taboo to a first prize in a tv-show. It seems to become more commonly accepted.
