Kes: The original Darth Vader was played by 2 different people... but I guess you knew that much. The voice was provided by James Earl Jones, while the physical Vader on-screen was played by David Prowse!

My absolute favorite villian from a movie is Sauron from Lord of the Rings. I also kind of like Grima Wormtongue, too, but he's not reeeally a villian, just a pawn.
