OMG...I just saw this movie the other day on the International channel.
I think it was called 'DragonBall'-The magic beigns
It was the cheesiest thing I've ever seen in my life. In the description it said it was made in '02 but my god it looked like it was made in 1902. I was pretty sure it had to be a fan made film or something like that. And what country was it shot in btw...Malaysia? the Philippines?

I thought they were gonna make one with the creator but they didn't like him so he fired them andthey wanted to make one on their own?
