in the past few days this strange blueish car has been apeearing out side my house and i can see the faces in there watching though my window. its as if the police are onto me. what should i do??????????

They might be eyeing out you or your neighbours.
Just delete all porn from your pc (if you have any) and use windows washer to delete all cookies, make sure you sterilize any knives, in case they have blood or dna from other people on, and just make sure to be upholding the law, just in case.
