I'd say Odin > Dark Phoenix by feats. He's punked more powerful Heralds than her and destroyed galaxies.

Do you really think Odin could beat DP toe-to-toe? I think DP would vaporize him easily.
Thanos doesn't have by himself not even 0.1% chance against DP.
