So Civil War really isn't over with then?

Each state gets their own superhero team, and Canada gets Omega Flight.

Edited the thread title. And you guys know we cant have threads devoted just to scans anymore, right? The CW scans thread was the last of its kind.

So yeah, keep that down and all.

Ok. So since the "Civil War" part is over, no more scans at all? Or just not threads solely devoted to scans?

No threads devoted to scans. Technically it's very illegal, and advertising it with threads titled "Complete {insert comic} Scans" isn't really wise. KMC has to cover itself.

Stuff like respect threads, specific feats/moments, etc. are fine. I'd shy away from posting entire issues at all...but if it happens, be discreet about it or it will be closed.
