He turned him into a mouse... PS looked pretty helpless, and used up a lot of energy to change back into himself (after saving up bunch of energy).
I'd call that beaten...

And proof that PS can even achieve absorbing the HOTU? Just because Thanos could, doesn't mean anyone could. Even PS.

Also, the HOTU was hidden, and off the maps until they needed to find the power source/base of Ak. It took Thanos years before that to not find it, and everything told him it wasn't there. smile

But of course PS will know about this...

Well if we are letting everybodies powers work Ps know everything about marvel also.

and Ps is so powerful that spectre couldnt kill him. i think he is strong enough to absorb the HOTU

Not having a host should make him stronger

and he is always backed by god

on a side note

Lt wouldnt be above spectre, lucifer, micheal, he woulde be on the same level.

It would just be a company crossover
