What we know from comics is that Thanos dominates the Surfer while Darkseid cant seem to put Superman down on his own anymore barring any outside circumstances.

Darkseid's omega beams have never taken out anyone on Thanos' level before and have been shown to be deflected by heat vision. Team 1 dominates.
