DC would probably win because of all the heavy hitters and would probably have Marvel outnumbered too. The Green Lantern Corp probably equal about 1/4 of the Marvel Universe. Nobody on Marvel not even the Hulk can match Superman's strength. There is also nobody who can match the Flash's speed. It would be a long fight but in the end DC would win.

u do know that all the top tier will get oneshotted rite..they don't even matter in this match with all the cosmic being in here..

From what you have said, I conclude that TOAA is > Presence. Since TOAA is actually supreme EVERYWHERE in MU while Presence is only supreme over the things that he has created/reside within it.
