Realistically, Kingpin has the most experience in this scenario. This many people involved means that any guess is a cluster**** of speculation, but his chances are probably slightly less abysmal than the others.

The Spidey villains are more physically dangerous (with some odd exceptions), but the Bat ones do have a lot of brains.
