Mordru. Classic Strange would need a hell of a lot of one sided prep-time, artifacts, and petitioning other powers far greater than he to best Mordru.

Even then it would be debateable on victory. Mordru absorbed Infinite man and then split the power in two for what amounted to doing it for teh lulz.
