It didn't take LT, LT appeared and Zom practically shit himself just by looking at him. Oh, and he is definitely not stronger than Eternity, especially when freakin' Dormammu was able to bind Zom to the Chains of Living Bondage.
Shuma-Gorath wins.

I really don't see how Shuma-Gorath loses to Zom as Zom really hasn't shown anything to make him the least bit extraordinary.
He was first defeated by circumstances unknown, but it is shown that Dormammu was able to bind Zom to the Chains of Living Bondage. Now if Dormammu was able to do this to Zom then that doesn't look well for Zom, especially since there are scans where Dr. Strange states how much greater in power Shuma is to Dormammu.
Other than that Zom gets easily banished by LT and we have nothing else to go by, at least nothing that would even hint that Zom could take on Shuma-Gorath.

replace "don't" with "do". Zom is just on another level than Shuma. It took the combined efforts of Dormammu and Eternity to defeat and imprison Zom the first time. I'd put Zom on the same level as Slorioth.
If it "took" Eternity to dispatch Zom than Dormammu would be a non-factor. Eternity is leaps and bounds greater than Zom. If Doctor Strange was backed with the same prep that he had against Shuma he would have destroyed Zom just as easily.
