Superman wins, speed blitz on team, Tarquism Vo on Strange.

Surfer has enough speed to react to Clark. He, Hulk and Namor can all take quite a bit of what Superman can dish out before falling. Strange will have enough time to come up with a spell to contain Supes (especially with auto shields)
Some versions of Superman, perhaps. Current Superman is an amalgamation of, at the LEAST, ALL of the Post Crisis feats. And perhaps his Pre Crisis as well.

Show Superman making a team this powerful look like statues and winning. Speed will not save Superman UNLESS he run away for his life, and then Surfer would run him down and kill him.
