Doomsday from Gog Wars fought an army of Gogs and Superman had trouble with one. Doomsday wins.

Good matchup. But if I haven't sided with Thor already in this thread, I will. Has plenty of versatility to take him out, perhaps on a few occasions too.

As with most "humanized" versions of divine beings (i.e.mythological gods), Thor is not without his foibles in both physical and peronality traits. Though being a 'god', Thor can be defeated by 'mundane' means. Early on, Thor's skin has been established as, while being superhumanly resistant to injury, can be punctured or lacerated by high-powered firearms. Concussive force can injure and eventually knock him unconscious or have fatal results (such as the hammering blows of the Hulk). That said, Thor has survived a direct strike from a nuclear weapon without undue effect. Thus Thor is strong against energy projection and susceptible against concussive force. DD penetrated Superman, Darkseid, GL, etc. rather easily. How much more will he do to Thor with much lesser durablity to concussive force. Thor wouldn't have a chance to blink when DD starts pummeling him. Thor will last maybe 30 seconds tops. Superman had a better chance of stopping DD only because of his durability to concussive force.

thing is doomsday can evolve in seconds he was hurt by the omega effect but he healed in a few minutes and got back up, when manchester black tried to mind controlled him he could only do so for a second after he evolved beyond it and his mind controll rivals the martian manhunters. Even when doomsday first met superman he was evolving he hit superman and he barely felt it he then evolved to become stronger and put superman through a wall, if thor kills doomsday all he'll do is bring about a brand new stronger machine of destruction gog wars doomsday could servive amoung an army of gogs each of them equal to or surpassing a skyfather by just a little so im told thor wont be able to win less he has something very special up his sleve that will outdo gog's and imperiex powers.

I don't know why some of you are going on about being right and winning. Rob and Impediment were in on this gag because I PMed them. Silent and Rao PMed me and figured I changed the post. I highly doubt anybody thought Quan made the post, but simply played along just for the lulz.

The rules don't say what Thor is allowed to do AFTER the battle is over.

I think Thor can defeat him the first time.
As much as "eveolution" is a part of DD, there are a ton of times that Thor has found now powersources, extra reserves of energy, new powers, etc, to beat guys that were "unbeatable". I mean, come on guys, you have to admit that has happened.
Mangog, Durok, Desak, Midgard Serpent. It goes on and on, with opponents that had either beaten him many times, a few times, or just had him on the ropes, until he pulled something new and improved out of his thong.
And, once DD is dead, before he can come back "evolved", Thor can portal DD's body to an empty dimension.
Are there any rules against BFR a dead body?

Kinda how Radiant owned Doomsday with an energy blast and then he got owned by Imperiex with an energy blast.

Doomsday evolves to be immune to an attack of equal or lesser power than what killed him. Anything greater and he gets owned.

I still believe that Imperiex would own him over and over and over with energy blasts.

One thing Superman should have not sent Doomsday to the end of time. He should have travelled back in time and stopped the creation of Doomsday. How would Doomsday evolve past being destroyed before he was created?
