They can both be tried for this...the 23 year old one is going to jail either way...even if your mate at the begining wanted to have any relations, it is still a ststetory rape...
There are two kinds of crimes, violent crime, and so called white color crime....this is a violent crime and they could go down for it....
The 14 year old on might not however get tried as the 23 year old one...
I I say report it...rape and domestic violence are least reported crimes ever...
