When I say, NO FORCE, I mean that they dont use powers like force lightning, stasis, or force choke, in the middle of a fight. This dosen't mean that they loose their connection to the force completly. Heck, I could beat any of them if they didnt have the force.

The implication is that Tulak Hord came *before* Ludo and the rest, per the dialogue in Knights II. He's described as one of the "very first" successful lightsaber practitioners, still the greatest in history.
The descriptors make it sound as if Hord's era occurred back around 10,000 BSW4 or afterward, back when the first lightsabers were introduced. The Vultar Cataclysm took place around 4,250 BSW4. He was after people like Marka Ragnos, Naga Sadow and Ludo Kressh. He was also considered better with a lightsaber than a guy(Naga Sadow) who was able to rips out the cores of Stars with his mind.

That doesn't mean he was good with a lightsaber though, he was but being able to destroy stars means nothing about your lightsaber skills.
