How can someone who is afraid of G.S., whose tends to make every post have some reference to Namor, be named 'Best Veteran' ? (No offence meant D.C.),
What the hell has G.S. done to deserve the Title of Best debater ?..... If you actually look back, G.S. has stated nothing new from the very 1st phoenix threads. He tends to repeat himself , over emphasising tired points in overly worded essays. And that’s in the area of his 'expert ease'.
The other threads usually involve nothing more countless references to the Marvel Bio's, and stacks of comments about how inferior everyone’s sense of humour is….. This one has to be favourite

Being stubborn and patronising does not make you a good debater !!!!!!!!! (No offence G.S.)
Demi is a more suitable ‘nomination’, but his judgement is sometimes blinded by his obscure interpretations and theories of certain characters capabilities. It gets to the point where is boarders on ignorance.
I find the following nominations far more suitable :
Manjaro ; Has the guy ever made a bad post, usually accurate and sometimes very funny. ?
Mind sip : Rarely ever in the comic forum, and sometimes gets carried away with the science, but his posts usually have a unique and special quality .
Scarlet Spider : Same as Manjaro, with a very broad depth of Marvel knowledge.
Draco ; Although probably better suited to most resource full member, he knows a lot more than most about D.C. Those who seem to know as much rarely ever do more than regurgitate prior events. In other words Draco is far more opinionated than his D.C. Colleagues.
Avalon : Tends to associate in the same region, but very knowledgeable.
Spetnaz : This guy is hardly ever around, but every post is an absolute joy to read. He’s very articulate and I would hate to disagree with him about anything.
I’m sorry for being a bit harsh, but if you’re going to create such an elitist and pointless thread you might as well go about in the right way. Otherwise its turns into an excuse to brown nose you’re more preferable members. No offence meant Kahn, I had been very impressed with you’re prior posts, and after all we can all make mistakes.

^^ Some interesting points to consider Yahman...though DC's knowledge extends at least somewhat beyond just Namor...that's just what we remember him for.
Blah....no one can be THE expert. But having a character or team to call your own helps in that department, since no one can really outdo you in that area. I think that definitely helps in the "expert" category, with DC, Mungi, LP, GS, etc. all coming to mind. If you want to get noticed around here, learn everything about a mainstream-but-not-too-popular character (Namor and Strange are good examples) then impress the hell outa everyone with your knowledge.
The biggest compliment I've ever gotten in a thread is "Where the hell's Digi? He needs to clear this up." It was an Authority thread....back when there was only a few of us who had read them (now there's lots more, so I've lost my status). I'm sure Mungi/DC/LP and the others with their character-specific knowledge can say they felt the same way at one point or another.
Biggest "compliment" ive gotten was some guy, and I have no idea who he is, saying in an iceman vs thread "youve been fooled by Blair Wind into thinking hes almost god like. Hes not." hey at least I got noticed by some random members.
The question is do you really actually deserve to be ?
I mean you're what i call a KMC slacker, you kind of 'hang' in the off -topic forum, contributing the odd, that rarely ever involves any relevant opinion.
No offence meant mate, i do the same but im more of a 'troll' than you. Its very hard to have proper debates in here due to the genral age and mentatlity of most posters.
