Thanks CC Cowgirl. I'll at least change the part about Travis/Bard-dul being a Master Waterbender. But can I keep the ability where he can form ice and slide on it like Ice Man of X-Men? I would at least like to keep that ability. Oh, and I promise not to make a big fuss out of the Multiverse and advanced technology parts. That's going to be only in my fanfiction. But all the same, thanks.
Here is the revision of my character sheet, CC Cowgirl:
Name: Bard-dul
Age: 16
Gender: Male
Nation: Southern Water Tribe
Background: Is actually the reincarnation of a different person, who had helped Aang, Sokka, and Katara in the original battles against the evil Fire Nation, during the Great War. His other self was the husband of Katara, but he died during the war in a fight with Princess Azula, and who’s death Katara grieved for a long time before she gave birth to their son. His other self’s name was Travis Jeremy Marksman, Jr, protector of the Multiverse. And so when Travis and Katara’s son was born, Travis’s spirit was brought back to life in the form of his son, which Katara hadn’t sensed despite what Travis had taught her. When she gave birth to their son, she named him Bard-dul, which both Katara and Travis decided to name their child if it was a boy. On the day he turned 14 years of age, Bard-dul started to have memories that didn’t seem to be of his own. When he told his mother of the visions he had been having, that’s when Katara finally sensed Travis’s spirit within her son, realizing that that was the reason why he looked exactly like his father: Travis was reincarnated as their son. So Katara trained her son in Waterbending and by the time of his 16th birthday, he was an Apprentice Waterbender. As soon as he attained the Apprentice level, he automatically remembered who he really was, and told Katara that he had returned to her, just like he said he would. Then he told his mother/wife that he was going to go find Hou Attar on Kyoshi Island and aid in the finding of the reincarnation of the Avatar. And so Travis/Bard-dul uses his Waterbending powers, with which he is able to make ice, something no Waterbender has ever done, and goes to the isolationist Kyoshi Island and meets with Hou Attar and the other warriors under his birth name, Bard-dul, and enlists himself to help find the new Avatar.
Appearance: Tall (taller than his mother/wife I might add, muscular, spiked green hair like his other self, and uses the SG-Blade, the Super Gaia Blade, as his primary weapon, which originally belonged to his other self.
Personality: Like his mother/wife, is an able leader when the situation calls for one, while also being kind and gentle and deeply cares about anybody he befriends.
Unique abilities: Has the unique Waterbending ability to make ice and slide on it like Ice Man of the X-Men Universe. Also has the ability of his other self to read minds and talk telepathically.
Side note: While aiding in the search for the reincarnated Avatar, Travis/Bard-dul developes a crush on Ava, the Airbender, even though she has been a somewhat cold-hearted girl since her family was killed. he tries to teach that it's not good to live in the past and let it eat her away to nothing, also telling her that he knows what she went through, as he himself went through the same thing that she had. He also tries to tell her to stop living in the past and look at what's right in front of her, that she had to move on, that it wasnt good to hold a grudge forever because of something a certain person or group of people did against her. He pretty much told her to forgive the Fire Nation for what they did to her family. He also told her, as an example, that he forgave Princess Azula for what he did to him. When she asks what did he mean, Travis/Bard-dul told Ava his secret about his reincarnation as his son. Even though Ava was still confused, he pretty much told her simply that he was Travis Jeremy Marksman, Jr, the greatest Waterbender of all time, reincarnated as his own son. But he warned her not to give away his secret to the rest of the group, for he feared he might get sent away from the group for lying to them, so she kept his secret. He also wanted to tell her his feelings for her, but, like his other self, he is always too shy to tell his feelings about anybody to the person he has a crush on (Ava, for example), which is why his other self took so long in telling Katara his feelings for her.

The closest anyone can come to telepathical powers is trough airbending
Again I am sorry but I do not want your character mindreading. Sure since the water benders have a certain connection to the body and soul, with a physical touch I can accept that you can sense emotions and unease as well as stress level and such, but read thoughts like, for example a book, I do not allow
And a final note
The search have not commenced yet so therefore you do not know who is in the search group
[SPOILER - highlight to read]: I also have a feeling that Ava will be a taken girl
Can you have the plot go to where Travis/Bard-dul fights Princess (or Fire Lady) Azula? I would at least like to see Travis fight Princess (or is it Fire Lady?) Azula and beat her to even up the score. Oh, and is Princess (or Fire Lady) Azula up for grabs? For I would like to control that battle. Oh, and Travis/Bard-dul is not getting his revenge, he is just testing out his newfound Gaionic strength from his other self. No, it's not super-strength, he is just stronger than the average human. For example, he can punche a hole through any metal door with his Super Gaia Blade when he concentrates his Gaionic strength.

Azula advanced in Firebending at an amazing rate when chasing the Avatar 25 years ago. That gives her an additional 25 years to advance her artistical Firebending powers that already at her young age was among the more powerful benders that lived.
I therefore do absolutely not accept that Bard-Dul have defeated or even survived an encounter with > Fire Lady Azula <
I can accept that you encountered Azula 16-24 years ago and wind up in a tie with Travis against Princess Azula
19-24 years ago I can accept that you put her on the run
16-18 years ago I only accept a tie or defeat from Travis side
And I have plans for Azula for now. I will let you know once she is available.
When it comes to the Super Gaia strength, I decline it. If you wished physical improvements you should have gone with earthbending.

How old is Fire Lady Azula in the current timeline? Because the amount of knowledge of Waterbending that Travis is the combined knowledge of his son's normal self and Travis's spirit's knowledge, at the time that Travis's spirit took over his son's body to complete his reincarnation. So actually, would it be possible that he would have the knowledge of a Master Waterbender? I'm just curious. Oh, and when you said "I will let you once she is available", did you mean that I got first dibs?
You have first dibs if I consider you a good enough RPer for her which I will be able to tell after a while of RPing the actual RP. She has a major role of the RP since she is one of the two rulers in the Fire Nation and the head of the invasions
The reason I do not want you to be the rank of a master is because Waterbending is physicaly demanding, due advance moves and the weighty water. Master Pakku was a Master of Waterbending and when he decided to end the fight, all it took was a snap of fingers. He could fight of estimated over a hundred fire benders by himself during the attack.
I do not want a teenager to be as powerful as a man who is past his 70's and spent his entire life training waterbending in combat
I can accept the fact that he knows a few things from his past about waterbending and that he is a bit more powerful than the avarage Waterbender but I beg you to not give him abilities of a master
