From what I've read in Future Imperfect, I'd assume that if The Hulk Tunneled beneath the planet a few miles, that he could survive that explosion, and when he came out he'd just get stronger as he absorbed the radiation. Juggernaut would survive, Lobo, Pitt, Doomsday, Stardust... there are actually loads of characters that would survive, due to either their unique physiology, or magical abilities.

Wasn't second impact mostly devastating due to it's Global Warming esq flooding ? Only instead of it happening slowly, (as it supposedly is currently) it happened all at once; causing several countries to be submerged ect

Hulk would be declared legally dead for a bout 5 minutes as would guys like deadpool and wolverine... even if they did come back through regen...
no.. no.. i'd say you'd need massive invulnerability to "survive" an attack like that... so i'd say the weakest guy would be juggernaut... current jugs.. the one that was just given his powers back by cyttorak in wwh.

As Gendo pointed out to Fuyutsuki when they went to retrieve the Lance, nothing can survive in Antarctica after 2nd impact. The entire area is inhabitable and a vast graveyard. The actual explosion of power at the heart of 2nd impact was immensely destructive.

30-Megaton Nuke? Radioactive Man...by absorbing the radiation and/or redirecting it into a force field to protect him from the physical heat and impact force...
1000 Teraton Impact? I doubt even Supes could withstand being at "ground zero" for something like that
He recently got smashed into the earth and created an even larger explosion and was trapped in the earth's core but escaped, after being weakened and injured from nanites.
I know Dr. Doom's suit can take a nuclear blast...but, i'm not sure how large of a blast. Anyone know? I don't think his suit can take this kind of explosion though.
