People are worried because the sales are lack luster (and last I checked have declined from month to month) and marvel has cancelled series that were actually outselling it. The best hope is that Marvel decides to take one on the chin because its such a well written series and lets it go on for close to 40 issues like DC did with Manhunter despite abysmal sales. Most people don't expect another story arch after this current one is over though.

I believe this book is only selling poorly in america..I've heard that this was one of the top selling books in Britain (under only marvel and dcs big events at the time)
I can't imagine the overseas sales being big enough to make a difference. Young X-Men is getting cancelled after issue twelve, and it was selling significantly better then Captain Britain, and Cable (which is also outselling it) only got saved from the chopping block because of the upcoming X-Force crossover.

Really i hope Marvel doesnt cancel this series. IMO its the best team title they have out now period and second best overall title (After Thor). with the demise of Dr strange, Marvel needs a really good title which focuses more on magical warfare and MI:13 does that wonderfully well.

I dunno I think putting captain britain in the title might've been a turn off for many, he's not exactly a popular character in america (Not that I know of) maybe MI:13 would've been a better title.
Yeah it's a bit sad really. I'm English and I think Brubaker's doing a fantastic job on Captain America, but I'm also loving Captain Britain. It's a real shame if it's the name Captain Britain that's turning them off. They've got their own Captain who doesn't turn us off
I doubt it's really that it's a "Captain Britain" title. Even most comic nerds could probably only name him (or Psyloke [sp?]) if you asked them to name an English Marvel Character.
