To be honest I don't even think H/P DD could do it, it's a different thing than to "evolve" a poisones sting or nullify a passiv enchantment that's not directly attacking/affacting you. Just my 2 cents on this.

he'd do better than super-puss did in hunter/prey

the bones in the shoulder thing would be pretty funny as hulk would just pull him in to tear into his face.
