Thanks for the clarification Senor Cage. You�re saying Mxy snapped the omniverse out of existence and back in a World�s Finest comic? Or does WF stand for something else? I�m with you there as far as an actual feat goes, but then him just sayin he�s scared of another character doesn�t necessarily mean that he�s more or less powerful right? ...So if you go by statements, Manhattan > Mxy.

Not sure what OP means by "senses", though..? They both can exist outside of time, and as such, their "senses" are pretty unbounded. Mxy's ability to perceive time is likely superior to Jon's, though, which would make sense. After all, Mxy has always existed as a 5th dimensional thought-form, whereas Jon was born human and gained his powers by accident.

Nope. Not even close. There were still some characters that she didn't affect; while Mxy blinked EVERYONE (Every dimension, universe, Multiverse, cosmic beings, heroes, villains, etc...) out of existence, then brought all of them back with a snap.
