in bloodlust iceman would be gone...he can survive a gaseous state...maybe not current...but getting hit with nova flame does not evaporate water it would turn his hydrogen molecules to helium...he would no longer have water molecules or DNA that contained his mutation
Tell that to the sentinals who thought they did the same, because to me this is evidence that he actually turns INTO a spread out concsiuisness with no DNA:
Sentinals are known for scanning and detecting mutants (even if they are spread out, if their is a mutant signature then they should detect them yes?) Then how come none of them Sentinals could detect Bobby right after they had "terminated" him:
