As in, like the Presence or the One Above All, except unable to control it.

A more apt comparison would be when Thanos had the HOTU and went nuts and blasted apart that Celestial then absorbed all those cosmic beings.

I wouldn�t place Tecnhi at full power at the same level as TOAA or The Presence.

I mean isn't Tenchi so powerful because of some connection with some other God (who�s above the 3 Goddesses)

He was an experiment by the Chousein to create a being more powerful than they were (and they're already super cosmic 'do basically whatever the hell they want by thinking about it' kind of characters) and he was a success, when he emerged they were unable to control his power, and he freed Tsunami from the Counteractor among other things, but he couldn't quite control his power yet, so he calmed down and turned back to normal and they reversed time to undo all of the damage that had been done to the universe by them, Z, and Tenchi, and reverted Z back to an infant so he could be raised properly this time.

Oh, and to stay on topic, Drax beats Superman.
