Pretty even I feel.She's faster here,can fly,has a little skills edge,and her gear.He's generally more durable,a little to somewhat stronger,and has his God powers.I think she just about takes it if she fights fairly smartly by using some combo of her skills/flight/lasso/speed.If she straight slugs it out with him and little else,Thor likely eventually wins.
