There is No real way that Apocalypse could possibly finish off Odin, the amount of power nessecary to do it can't even be properly contained within Apoc body.

Odin has more Wisdom, Experience, and Power.

I don't think Apocalypse would last more than a few panels at best.
nothing I've seen of Apocalypse makes me believe that he has much power.

he's a schemer, a jack of all trades with his powers but, none of his powers is really on a level sufficient to give Surfer reason to exert himself.

Surfer's taken out entities like UniLord and even given Ego a scare (he could have killed him, iirc)... if he had Apoc's agenda, he would have made Mutants that were more powerful than Apoc, pretty damned quickly. just by manipulating their dna - all (however many million) at once.

Surfer, imo, could turn Apocalypse into a toaster without Apocalypse being able to counter it... because Surfer has a far greater level of ability and power in matter, atomic and sub-atomic manipulation.

and that Surfer gets KO'd by Odin, easy.
