DD never had issues taking out stronger and more durable opponents in the past. his sences allow him to track and attack weak spots in his opponents body and give him a form of body reading making his reflexes superhuman. Now while Bane is stronger and more durable (I am not sure about faster) he certainly isn't invulnerable or anything for Matt to take out. not to mention the skill gap. DD can take a slight majority
Bane is quite above super human. He owned Batman, Calvin, and a bunch of Talons that gave Batman a run for his money one on one. I'm sure DD can win some battles, but not the majority.
The new venom Bane is on is even stronger than before. Batman on the same venom made Superman bleed with a few punches.
the batman making superman bleed is an indication of bruce having super strengh or just bad illustration?
In any case, all I’m saying is Bane is not invulnerable nor a speedster and I certainly give the skill edge to Matt.
Adding to this that his senses and agility plus his ability to hurt ridiculously resilient foes (examples even include Absobing Man or Ultron – PIS or not) and I side with DD for this
Bane has a great track record for a villain.
He has defeated/stalemated Batman on multiple occasions.
Defeated KGBeast in prison death match after detoxicating, Beat the hell out of Killer Croc twice breaking his arm, one shotted man-bat, beat Azreal Jean, easily defeated Ubu and Nightwing twice, stalemated Hourman 1 & 2, and stalemated Ra's Al Ghul in a sword battle, pwned Cat man and killed Judomaster and Talon Calvin.
Bane is very skilled and agile and he will break DD.

1st time in Knightfall where Bane broke his back.
Bane 1 Batman 0
2nd time during Legacy where Bane is taking his time drowning Batman, then Batman remembers the death of his parents and in true hero fashion able to fight back and overcome Bane.
Bane 1 Batman 1
3rd time in No Man's Land where Batman and Bane trading blowing until Bane reveals he has a hidden bomb. So, Batman leaves to find it.
Bane 1 Batman 1 Stalemate 1
4th time New 52 Bane beats the crap out of Batman and is only saved by the Flash interfering.
Bane 2 Batman 1 Stalemate 1
Dude, DD has brought down people who are a LOT more superhuman than bane. Namor for one with nerve strikes and he's stronger, faster and more durable than Bane by several orders of magnitude. DD has also fought the avengers line up of Cap, Giantman, Iron Man and Herc and come out looking apples and taken on several Xmen.
Now i know it's not canon but Bat's and DD in a Marvel DC cross over also assessed each other as too damn good to face off.
Kingpin has also given DD a good fight in the past. Bane has also given super humans who are above him good fights as well. Bane is actually a good strategist/fighter just like Kingpin and currently stronger, more ruthless.
