Kun >>> Muur > Vader.

We also have Physical!Kun > Spirit!Kun > DS!Durron > JA!Luke >/= ROTJ!Vader.

Not to mention Luke himself comparing Kun to Palpatine directly.

Not Sadow, because Muur like Nadd is supposedly stronger than him, which supports that Nadd, Ragnos and Muur are supposed to be on the same tier. Exar Kun himself is stronger than all three of them.
