Edit - And to the redistribution of intercourse suggestion - I understand the concept. But that would have to be solely based on volunteers. Personal freedom is far far more important to me than solving dysfunctional, suicidal, and sometimes homicidal social issues. Yes, I am taking the stance that it is better people commit homicides and suicides than to force women to have intercourse with disenfranchised men.
A compromise is to make prostitution legal and offer counseling on how to be better men in this modern world.

The definition of a sock seems to be that it's a name one starts posting under once their username has been banned. So unless you were banned no you weren't socking. There isn't anything against the rules if two people willingly decide to swap accounts, at least I don't think there is.
