Edit- Also what do you mean the vote matters? That vote was in 2016. Labour didnt give a s*** about that vote in the 2019 election.

It was a ballsy move to vote leave because voting to remain would imply we're happy with the EU. We aren't. Yeah, I'd happily join after showing the EU we're our own country and mean business so don't **** with us. We're kinda failing at that right now so we have to stick it out until we look tough.
The only point of that "2nd" referendum they were offering (before the first one was even implemented) was to stop Brexit going ahead.
Come on Whirly, we saw how that turned out for them. They did infinitely better in the 2017 election when they were promising Brexit, but a soft version. Like either a Customs Union or Swiss type deal.
You just posted Starmer promises to make Brexit work. IOW he has no intention of reversing it.
1) He has no intention of reversing Brexit, or transitioning to a soft Brexit, like he's claiming, meaning we're screwed either way no matter which party we vote. OR
2) He's lying just to get elected which means he's just out for power and not to be trusted. Which again means we're screwed with lying, power hungry politicians either way we vote.

I get that. I just want to make sure we're all aware our country is going Right. Very Right. So I'm not gonna celebrate when Tories are out just to be replaced by Tory-lite.
