He can't change his mind and come back, he's permanently banned. More's the pity. I think if it was up to the majority he'd be here now. But it's not, and it wouldn't be fair to grant him a reprieve because he's just another member who did bad, like all the others who have been banned. Unfortunate, but the way it's gotta be
