Maybe its just me, but they are similar.

Same forehead, and eye-lines (though Sean's eyeballs are bigger and his eyebrows much darker), Daniel's nose is slightly rounder, but not grotesque, and they both have square jaws.

They are short, square faced/headed tough guys.

Daniel Craig looks most like the Bond of the Ian Flemming novels, since Sean Connery.

Now I was raised on Pierce Brosnan too, and I love all his Bond's, but having gone back and read the books and seen the originals, that guy is Bond.

As long as Craig can come close to that, being the dangerous killer that Connery was in a tux, slacks, or shorts, who is cunning and clever, than he'll be just fine.

Craig looks as hard as nails. Previous Bonds (Moore, Brosnan) have looked like pussies. Would any of you guys take on Daniel Craigs Bond in a fight? Nope, didn't think so.
