No, it's actually easy to understand...what it says is plain and clear. It's you who keeps insisting that the biblical quotes mean something different then from what it literally says.
No, what the English actually says. Also, the Bible is self-interpreting, if there is another verse pertaining to the terminology you need to use it, otherwise you are pulling it out of context.
