Link and Kratos only chance at victory is unless they allowed to steal the Saint of Killer's Revolvers from Red Harlow, otherwise they don't stand a chance.

Victory only in instances of "what if, unless, is allowed, etc" suggest a narrow possibility of victory which increases the probability of overall losing in a hypothetical battle, and wining only in special conditions and circumstances.
