TPM Mace / TCW Anakin

Something along those lines. The differences between TPM/AotC Mace, TPM/RotS Sidious, "Zone"/"Knightfall" Anakin, and so on are pretty vaguely defined, so I stuck with what we know. No comment on DE Sidious.
