Why Force users don't just ragdoll say an escaping human being like Kylo does to Rey in TFA? I understand Jedi since they have morals, but even Sith don't do that and opt to crush them with flown objects like Vader did to Luke in Episode 5.

A feeling of fullness, of power, of dark and demon mastery -- of secret lusts, unrestrained passion, wild submission -- all these things were in Vader's heart as he neared his Emperor. These things and more."
its been shown on multiple occasions throughout the series that it takes a lot of mental and physical stress to use the Force... think back to Yoda training Luke on Dagobah and when he saved Obi and Ani in ATOC; even for him it took a fair amount of concentration and in the latter example physical strain to lift heavy objects. A Human isn't nearly as heavy as an X Wing but it'd still be easier to throw a tool box than a person especially if the person struggling makes it harder; think of it as if you were picking them up with your own hands; dead weight and struggling weight are much harder to pick up in regards to a human body than say lifting up a couch
