Ultimate Cap A, is stronger than his counterpart, and so are the F4. Hulk to me is a tie, ans ultimate Venom seems better than his 616 counterpart also.

I give it to 616 as well.

Way to many characters and their heroes and villains seem to be way more experience then their ultimate counterparts.

They also seem to be stronger. ( few exceptions in the ultimate world though like cap or Colossus,Or hawkeyes bullseye thing)
