After the events of The Incredibles, Syndrome decides to get even with the family. Syndrome hears of the events surrounding the Iron Giant on the News and quickly races to recover the Giant’s scattered parts. He is able to obtain and reassemble the Iron Giant and removes any good in the robot, thus he is nothing but a weapon (has no concern for human life). He sends the Iron Giant to destroy New York City, knowing The Incredibles will show up to fight The Giant. The Giant destroys the Statue of Liberty and The Brooklyn Bridge, the city is evacuated. The government quickly dispatches The Incredibles and Frozone to deal with the Iron Giant.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
Battle conditions:
1) The Iron Giant is not allowed to use the huge green nuke in his chest.
2) As, said, The Iron Giant is brainwashed and will use the full extent of his defenses.
4) The battle ground is a city setting, very similar to the settings in the final battle in The Incredible. Lots of stuff to throw and hide behind.
5) The Incredibles are in tip-top condition, E.G. Violet has no trouble controlling her force fields.
3) Use movie feats.

I'd say they probably could, with flawless teamwork. A few of them might go down though.
I assume that this doesn't include IG's ability to repair himself once he's been destroyed. Also assuming the Violent's field can protect from IG's blast and stomps.

Re: The Incredibles VS The Iron Giant
I think I'll side with the giant robot that can survive even after getting hit by a nuke that can lay waste a country (said by the army general) and managed to reassemble itself.
