Figured this would be a good fight, Yujiro certainly isn't Goku, Krillin, or Young Yamcha level.

So, the best match is Hercule.

He also beat a caveman that killed and eat Dinosaurs, took on an elephant that was said if left alone would eat all of Africa's vegetation.

Uh, no. It's canon that Videl is barely above Hercule in power. He was able to beat Spopovich, but after receiving Majin, Spopovich stomps her.

If Hercule received Majin, he'd have beaten Spopovich just like he did last time they fought.
