Kenobi is damn good with a blade for his era, no doubt. One of the best duelists in the Prequel era.
However he has only been able to hold Assaj Ventress/Darth Maul to stalemates. His best feat is beating Grievous/Anakin, Kenobi knew Skywalkers moves but its still a impressive feat.
However Kenobi has demonstrated ZERO IMPRESSIVE force abilites. He failed to even lift a X-WING in the ROTS video game and has been thrown around by Dooku/Maul.
Bandon has several stataments backing him up.

SOME BELIEVED he may someday challenge MALAK himself who we all know would SLAUGHTER Kenobi with total ease.
And MANY Jedi have fallen at Bandons blade. He is a Jedi killer.

He can minpulate air currents, has a powerful force push, powerful force lightning, and he can use the force to make his opponents TEMPORALY INSANE.
So I think Bandon would take it, thinking about it. It would be a amazing fight though. Bandon would be outmatched in saber combat, but is FAR above Kenobi with the force. Nice fight with tons of force pushes flying around and shit but in general Bandon would blast away Kenobis saber then just electrcute him to death-After a lengthy fight.

Kenobi is the greatest Soresu practitioner in the mythos, putting him leagues ahead of Bandon AND malak in saber combat. As for the force, Kenobi stalemated the raw power of the chosen one in a push-of-war, also, note that bandon's ingame abilities aren't canonical, he has never canonically displayed the use of insanity, lightning, or force whirlwind. George Lucas and Nick Gillard have stated that the Jedi Order we see in the PT are better duelists than any other time in their history. This is even more obvious when you read Stover’s RotS novelization.
Not true. Firstly, his attunement to the Force is such that he becomes its “vessel” in his fight against Grievous and deflects all of his strikes up towards twenty per second (RotS novelization). Secondly, he’s stalemated the Chosen One in a Force push contest, the same Anakin that could demolish buildings with a scream, and whom Mace Windu put on the same tier as Yoda in terms of raw power.

Both are prodigiously powerful Force users, and have been described as among the most powerful of all time. Bandon doesn’t have any comparable accolades.
OK, so he’s notably powerful. Good for him. Obi Wan is one of the greatest Jedi in the Order’s 25,000 year history, and near the top of his time period. Mace Windu calls him the master of soresu.
That Darth Bandon was impressive enough for Malak to notice him…yeah, that doesn’t compare.

So was Grievous. Indeed, Grievous once took on five Jedi simultaneously. Obi Wan disarmed half his blades in twenty five seconds, and otherwise made a total fool of him.

You're comparing an exceptionally powerful but otherwise insignificant Sith Lord (Bandon) to one of the most powerful and legendary Jedi Masters of all time (Obi Wan). They're not in the same league.
obi Wan was the best amongest the PT because the PT was a era of weaklings.
kenobi has no force feats, he has good saber feats.
bandon has killed TONS of jedi (in a FAR MORE POWERFUL TIME!) and outranks kenobi in every area but kenobi has a slight speed edge.
malak choked 2jedi at once WITH EASE. kenobi stalemated with maul who could barley beat qui gon.

I think you have a problem with fanboyism of the PT era. Once you really get into the EU you will realize that the Sith of old, the matukai, zeison sha, ratakian infinitive empire, legion of letto, dark council, kotor era characters are far above the prequel trilogy and original triology in power.
But you're also right. There's no one in the entire Star Wars mythos that Bandon is inferior to.
