how do you get a pic under ur name?
on the left where it has your name (like princess leia) how do you get al ittle pic under that? do you use the same thing as the signature thing?
and, how do you change from junior member to senior member? does it just happen?
sorry if all this is obvious. i am new to forums. :$

The Admin is the big boss, That is Raz. A Forum Leader is a person whose responsibility it is to take care of a forum. We don't really have any right now. A moderator is a Lieutenant to the admin, who keep order over the whole site.

I am a moderator because I was voted so by the other mods when a new one was needed (the orignal ones were chosen by Raz; he chooses the nominees when new ones are needed and casts a vote himself).
As a regular poster I knew Raz somewhat by that point.
