Blame the fact that they boost up CD prices. I'd buy more CDs if they were 11 bucks like they used to be, not when I buy a soundtrack and its 26 + tax.

Money is not everything. As if poverty is.
I've also learned that love cannot be on a one way street... if it does not go both ways it can be a lonely road. Personally I like to just watch the cars go by.... - Happy Kine, 2003
People get on Kazaa or iMesh every day and download music illegally. Hardly anyone goes to the store anymore to buy the CD. The artists who make the songs aren't getting their money. I've heard that the government or something is cracking down on people who are doing this. They've been catching people somehow and are fining them somehow. I actually didn't even know this was illegal until now. I have to change the way I get music. I've heard of iTunes. You can download the program. They have a selection of hundreds of thousands of songs. You can buy and download only the songs you want for $.99 each, or you can get the entire album. Also, it has superior sound quality. This was good and I was really excited about it until I found out that it is only for Macintosh computers. I'm not going out and buying a Mac. They don't support like 99% of the games that are out. Plus, I don't even know how to use one. Does anybody know if there is another program like iTunes for windows that has the same massive amount of songs for download?
i downloaded TONS of music this summer....but not from kazaa..it's safer.
I too like to buy cds if it's worth it...just today i've bought the matrrix reloaded soundtrack for 20 CAD, and there are 2 cds..i think it's worth it...
(too bads i had already downloaded quite a few of them )
