I have intrest in both. I enjoy the movie, book, and the actors. But face it,This is not a book forum, it is a movie forum. It is under a movie heading, it has characters that are not even in the books. If you don't enjoy the "hot" threads. Don't click on them. I have my own Dom thread, but I have it in a differant part of the forum. It is impossible to dream about a LOTR forum with no "who's hotter" threads, I mean... Look at them. They are hot..... I'm sorry to offend anyone who doesn't like those threads, but it is just the way it will be. No point in trying to change it.

I think that this a great message board and i love coming here and talking about lotr but what i hate is when people come onto this site and talk about how hot a particular actor is if you want to talk about that stuff go onto a nessage board designed specifically for discussing how hot you think an actor is, but dont discuss it on a lord of th rings fan based message board iam sick of logging and seing posts like Whos the hottest actor in lotr i think all you people who post those threads dont know vey muck about lotr so you talk about crap like the hottest actor.
