I used to be a family guy fan before its cancellation. Since it was given new life, however, it has felt stale. The jokes arent that racy any longer. It is hard to distinguish one episode from another. I should have been supporting Futurama, i miss that show and its characters. The novelty of family guy has worn thin for me. It still offers me a little entertainment but not enough to where i'd make time to watch it

Family Guy is a weird show. In any given episode, 30% is boring easy or overdone jokes, 60% is offensive stuff or jokes that were taken so far that they stopped being funny, and 10% makes me laugh really, really hard. Every so often I start watching it again for that 10%, but the rest of it doesn't keep me hooked enough to watch it long-term.
The new season has been great so far, and I loved all the shots they took at McCain, Palin, and Bush.

I've never tired of Family Guy, either. There are very rare miss episodes where the theme isn't very funny at all.
