Very badly written fight.

Basically Scott is just standing there standing still while trying to blast Captain America (who is way to big to hide completely behind his shield).

Scott could have very easily aimed at his legs for example. He had all the time in the world.

Yea,not killing,I agree with,
But,I meant before they clashed,there was a panel showing all the xmen on one side and avengers on the other.

Cyclops fairly easily. The shield can't block caps entire body. Plus Cap has no way to attack and defend at the same time
