There's this neat little thing called recipes, give you a step=by=step instruction on how to make any dish.
Talented chefs can take another countries food and replicate it or even improve upon it.

Well the Cuckoo's Nest I went to had a really good jambalaya, had it the traditional way with rice instead of pasta. Shrimp, Cajun chicken, sausage, it was fabulous.

When I used to work polls this guy was saying dramatically "A conservative finally won one in Connecticut", and I go and say "Here, want a cookie?"
