shouldnt matter... thing easily cast aside all 98 other villains. he didnt expend that much energy.
that wouldnt change his durability however. he wouldnt last any longer than he did regardless of power, unless he landed the first blow. which would have delayed the inevitable for about .25 seconds.
i think its entirely possible that juggernaut could put thing down in 3 hits, again even. he's often seen playing with his victims till he gets serious. he was just serious marching THROUGH thing in that issue. so he got the job done. had it been under different circumstances, the fight would have lasted longer. until juggernaut wanted it to end...
The match still is classic Juggernaut vs Thing, right? If so, could you please elaborate more on Thing's methods of winning Juggernaut? Thing can't physically manhandle Juggernaut, because Juggs is far stronger and he is immune to physical damage and unable to sustain injuries. High end magic, telepathy and such can defeat Juggernaut (I think Silver Surfer could drain away Juggy's magic), but Thing has no means of winning.
Well Juggy would win this one, he has a class 100 ton strength while the thing lies in the 80 ton range, BTW i just read the comic where juggernaut got his ass handed to him by the hulk where absorbing man helped juggy
