Well i guess what i meant was since it just remade the multiverse then how exactly would it affect emp. joker whom had 99% of mxy's power? Do you really think it took Mxy using 99% of all his power to destroy/remake the multiverse? He did it easily....

Im not positive that the UN would be enough to destroy emp. joker, especially since the best feat with the UN was from Reed lol!

Did Joker even come close to destroying or even remaking the Multi-verse?
